Welcome to Moshen! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Moshen mobile application ("App") and services. By using Moshen, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Moshen, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
Moshen is a fitness and digital wellness application that:
- Blocks access to social media applications until you earn "social minutes" through physical activity
- Tracks your fitness activities including steps, calories, and exercises
- Uses AI technology to count quick exercises like push-ups and planks
- Provides food logging and nutritional tracking features
- Helps create a healthy balance between screen time and physical activity
3. Account Registration
Account Requirements
- You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Usage Rules
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Moshen only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate the earned minutes system
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Share your account with others
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any commercial purposes without our permission
5. Earned Minutes System
How It Works
- Earning Minutes: You earn social media minutes by completing physical activities tracked by the App
- Valid Activities: Walking, running, gym visits, AI-detected exercises, and other logged activities
- App Blocking: Selected social media apps will be blocked until sufficient minutes are earned
- No Transfers: Earned minutes cannot be transferred between accounts, but they can be saved for future days
Fair Play
Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or falsify activity data will result in immediate account suspension. This includes but is not limited to:
- Using mechanical devices to simulate movement
- Manipulating device sensors
- Providing false exercise data
- Sharing devices to accumulate minutes
6. Health and Safety
Important Health Notice
Moshen is not a medical device or medical advice. Before beginning any exercise program:
- Consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have pre-existing conditions
- Start slowly and gradually increase activity levels
- Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
- Stay hydrated and exercise in safe environments
Your Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
- Physical exercise carries inherent risks
- You are voluntarily participating in activities at your own risk
- Moshen is not responsible for any injuries resulting from exercise
- Nutritional information is for reference only and not medical advice
7. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Moshen, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

- AI exercise detection happens locally on your device
- You can request deletion of your data at any time
- We use encryption to protect your information
8. Intellectual Property
Our Property
Moshen and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Moshen Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App (photos, exercise data, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide the App services.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy of fitness tracking
- Reliability of earned minutes system
- Availability or uninterrupted service
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOSHEN INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or use
- Physical injuries resulting from exercise
- Inaccuracies in fitness or nutritional data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months.
11. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Deleting your account through the App settings
- Contacting our support team
- Uninstalling the App from your device
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- Required by law
- The App is discontinued
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms in the App
- Sending an email notification to your registered email address
- Displaying a prominent notice in the App
Your continued use of Moshen after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
